Want to benchmark your fitness and learn how to improve? Sign up for the first of three free seminars and benchmark tests. We are hosting a 30 minute seminar followed by a 60 minute bike workout. Bring your questions, workout attire and a willingness to learn something new and work really hard. This is a re-do of last year's class. No problem coming again if you just want to test power, refresh from last year or bring your really hard questions to add to the discussion. Knowledge will build from the first class but there will be lots of review and a time for questions and answers, so all abilities are welcome to each class. It’s a beginner class, very low key and hopefully easy to understand. It's as entertaining as a talk on power meters can be :).
