Date night with wife in Napa. Kira takes boys to Taco Bell for the first time in their lives. $30 was a feast for all and they sampled pretty much the entire menu.

A quick super shout out to Dianne Glynn and my favorite personal trainer, "JJ", who found out last night that he was Crunch Fitness' top personal trainer for the entire United States for 2013. What a huge accomplishment! It couldn't have been bestowed on a nicer guy. If you are around Blackhawk or Crunch in the next few days, make sure you search him out and congratulate him.
