Off to the Missions at San Juan Bautista

I got to spend the day as a chaperone with Conner's class as we travelled to the San Juan Bautista Mission (St. John the Baptist - translated!) near Gilroy/Hollister CA.

The weather was great, the kids were fun and well behaved and I learned a lot. Can't wait until Parker is in 4th grade!

Parker scored big tonight in his first ever pinewood derby competition. He's loving the cub scouts, especially the uniform! In his first year he even won a trophy!
