While Kira and Dianne spent time at the UCSB orientation, Conner, Parker and I spent the two days at the beach, followed by a late lunch and then time at the hotel pool. I think we ended up spending six or seven hours in the two days parked at the beach. We built sand castles, holes, hills, moats, rivers and pretty much anything else that can be done with a $1 pail and shovel set from Target.
Of course, the most fun is demolishing all the hard work. As the video shows, it takes a while to knock down a three foot mountain.
