After all, we have raced Ironman Canada and let's not forget Lake Placid under the most adverse conditions, as well as a number of other competitions together. So tonight, I took your advice and tried your personal masseuse. Tomorrow morning, I may not be able to walk. I may be black and blue. I may still be wincing and curling up in pain cursing your name.
