Today I was humbled by our amazing son, Conner. He received the Student of the Year award for his middle school as presented by the local Rotary Club. His honor includes recognition by the local Congressman for his outstanding achievement. But was most moving was his speech in which he thanked his mentors at school for focusing the school environment on values, as exemplified by their monthly character theme and how he hopes to pay it forward to others in both work and school in the future - wow - bring a mom to tears! (In a good way 😃)
