Aero Testing

In plain English, your best setup seems to be LG helmet, sunglasses, 2 bottles behind, bento, and 2-piece suit.

The quoted time differences (in seconds) are assuming a speed of 20 mph.

The cost of sitting up is quite high, on the order of 17 Watts, which translates to almost 20 minutes over the course of an Ironman!

I'm a little surprised that the 2-piece suit is faster than the 1-piece, but I can't ignore the data! It looks like it could save you ~3 minutes in an Ironman.

You said you don't usually wear sunglasses, but adding them would save you ~1 minute.

Keeping the bento on your bike saves you ~4 minutes.

The Nopinz had a negligible effect.

The big takeaway for you, it seems, is that storage on your bike (2 bottles behind, bento) is faster, so that's good news for Ironman!
