So I'm back in the Bike Roulette game - results indicate that I am obviously rusty after taking 6 weeks off - I have work to do - practice makes perfect - is this a good use of the Slight Edge - consistency is key? Are there finger exercises that I need to incorporate into my workout routine? Maybe with practice I will move from 6 to 10? How long should I plan for this transition to take? A little help here!!!
