A New and Faster You in the New Year. The Forward Motion Ambassador Team will be hosting track sessions with some advice on using training zones effectively. No experience required! The one hour track session will include a short warm up, an all out 2 mile run and then a short cool down. We will then use the 2 mile run to determine training zones. We will help you set training zones with your watch, in Garmin Connect, Training Peaks or other software. We will hand out training plans from 5K through a marathon based upon your zones. We will show you how to run reports in Garmin Connect and TrainingPeaks to confirm you are running in the correct zones for the correct amount of time. At the end, there will be a Q&A session to answer all your questions and be sure you are ready for the new year.
